[Publisher] Tune Sentry to only log errors from captureException and no other errors

We currently have Sentry set up on the FE to capture an exception raised in one method in the AuthStore. It is also unexpectedly capturing any and all errors from crashes regardless of the environment. We should tune the settings of Sentry to only log errors stemming from where we are using captureException.
