Drop the following facilities from our output list

@cawarren The following facilities need to be deleted from the output list because of one of the following reasons

• They are closed
• They are duplicates
• They are being reported as part of another facility (see many of the south, east units etc)

Just to confirm, these should be removed from the mapping list so that they drop out of the dataset. I don't think any aggregation script work is needed directly here, no?

Yes they have been removed from the mapping set so no addl work should be needed.
