Quasar: css is well built in production, but fail in dev #112

encore production : it builds right css. Have a look a Toast that looks good
but
encore dev : it builds wrong css. Toast are crappy

The question is: does Quasar still a valid choice for VueJS ?

In my case CSS is good in dev but messed up in production build. Any suggestion ??
