[BUG] Task card completed status displayed wrong #538

Issue Description

Tasks COMPLETED status is not shown correctly, they are in AVAILABLE state, and are shown in RED color

Expected Behavior

Completed tasks should have completed status, and not be in red color

Current Behavior

Completed tasks are showing as AVAILABLE tasks and are in RED (indicating they are incomplete)
