Would anyone mind if I set up probot/stale to automatically close issues that are labeled as "Question" after 3 weeks of inactivity? There's not a huge number of issues for this repo but it helps keep things current. Here is an example of it being used at Moya

I refrain from voting because I don't have any experience with GitHub bots :) I do like when things are clean, though, so it sounds nice.
