What happened?

looks like https://www.ransomlook.io/ is down since a few days. Connections return a timeout

If the issue is related to the web interface, what browsers are you seeing the problem on?

It should be up ;-) we got ddos by sharing the full db and users pulling it every 2 minutes. If we are not able to get a better server we will block dump of db only 2 Times per day.
