When using timezone in a browser in copenhagen/europe timezone, UTC is the only timezone available.

Is it possible to add the default timezone, + available timezones in an initializer instead?

It allows to properly change TimeZone in UI when the browser
returns linked (non-canonical) zone.
Map's elm source code has been generated using ruby and
time zones data availiable from `tzinfo-data` gem.
