Using a Value from a Row in a Select Function

I've got two columns with Select lists: "Folder" and "SubFolder".

"Folder" I'm using Manual values. For "Subfolder" I'm using a function to generate the select options:

I'm not great at javascript, but I've managed to pull this together and get it working properly.

What I would like to do do now is have the value set for "Folder" pass to the SubFolder function (replacing "FolderName" in the pages query above) in order to make it dynamic based on the main folder selected.

Thoughts on how to accomplish this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
