Как воспроизвести:

Открываем любой контекст, например https://dochub.info/entities/contexts/plantuml?dh-context-id=dochub.front.spa
Переключаемся через контекстное меню на представление SmartAnts
Обратно в plantuml переключиться уже не можем, такого пункта нет

ИМХО, самый простой способ - просто выводить все виды презентаций в меню, не отфильтровывая defaultPresentation
