ARAX response_cache.py may fail to load PK properly when one ARS is down

just FYI it seems like the arax UI won’t work when the ARS is down in some environment even when specifying a PK where the ARS is up.
I was just trying to load 554484ea-15fc-4c9d-9ce3-a0c5e895691e which was generated in CI but the ARAX UI won’t load it because the ARS in Test is down.
