BUG: Popover closes unexpectedly when you delete a state / region on MacBook Pro Chrome but not MacBook Air chrome

Add one / any state
Try to “X” out of one of the states

What happens:
The “edit” popover closes out completely forcing user to tap “Edit search” again. The information is saved.

Expected action:
The state / region that you tap “X” on should delete automatically without closing the popover.

Note: Not urgent and data is not broken. Also doesn’t seem to be happening on MacBook Air. If it is happening on other devices, this fix would improve user experience to be less jarring that their search filters are safe and sound / doesn’t disappear on them.
