This is a follow-on from #1448. We've updated the stats, but we don't have any tests in ensure that they show the right thing.

@barkimedes, I'm going to merge that other pull request, but we should prioritize this for the next sprint. We should have a list of schools that we know (from the data, maybe from @claremccann) to be above, below, and within the average for each of the metrics we track.
