Editor UI: Improve Scroll Wheel Functionality

Often, as I've been discovering and getting into Heaven Studio this month, I've found myself reaching for the scroll wheel to nudge the timeline over a bit out of muscle memory from other software, then remembering that Heaven Studio works differently and instead having to grab the timeline scrollbar. Another issue is that if you're zoomed in, there's currently no other way to navigate down to track 10 than making use of the scrollbar on the right.

Describe your suggestion

First, I'll acknowledge that the scheme we have now might be related to the current method of selecting game events. However, I would prefer a different method anyway, so if that can get replaced, then let's take a look at some differences between HS and Audacity (what I've grown used to and consider a reasonable control scheme):

• Scroll Up/Down:
  • Zooms in/out horizontally
  • Pans up/down through tracks (left/right for HS?)
• Shift + Scroll:
  • Zooms horizontally (the same as not holding shift)
  • Scroll up pans left, and down pans right (up/down for HS?)
• CTRL + Scroll:
  • Zooms vertically
  • Zooms horizontally

Describe alternatives you've considered

Some video editing software will assign scroll up to forward on the timeline instead of backward. I personally don't prefer this, but it's up to you guys.

Because I love the creativity and accessibility in making and sharing these remixes, I'm so appreciative of the work the devs here have done to have gotten us this far, with the release of 1.0. Blowing up on TikTok must have its challenges when it comes to managing incoming issues, lol. Just realized that the proposed scheme lacks a way to zoom vertically, but it probably goes without saying that you could use ALT + Scroll for that.
