Quiz Show randomization fails to function properly on older charts

Describe the bug

Quiz Show random inputs block fails to function if played from any point in the song aside from the exact beat at which the corresponding StartInterval begins; from my testing this only seems to be an issue on an older chart of mine (or, to be more specific, an old .RIQ which I wiped clean of cues and began re-remixing) and does not seem to affect new RIQs

How to reproduce the bug?

Place random inputs and begin playback from any point aside from the exact beat at which the corresponding StartInterval begins in the attached chart
