caller id announcement spits out random garbage instead of "incoming voice call from landline" #856

just as the title says, i have a poor quality recording of that issue and it does not happen when i use the default google synth

Hi, It seems to me that some program tries to send some ssml tags which RHVoice may not support. Without any further details, we cannot resolve it properly.
