So the problem is all infinix mediatek devices don't have direct access to fastboot using power + vol, need to manually enter fastboot with recovery.

It's theoretically feasible, but patching could be complex. Nevertheless, using kaeru could simplify this since you'd have full access to the LK's functions and memory, which would let you modify the way it handles boot modes.
