Add satiation indifference curves (also related, central bank preferences)

I'd like for the satiation indifference curves and central bank preferences of inflation and output to be able to be plotted with this package. Like the image below

Mind that the indifference curves don't need to be circles, they can be horizontal or vertical ellipses as well.
