implement the ability to do different scroll speed and difficulties in coop mode

when playing coop with a friend we ran into the issue of them liking to play on 37 scroll speed and me on 23 scroll speed so only 1 of us was able to feel comfortable with the scroll speed at the time
furthermore my friend is a lot better so we would rather play different difficulties but have to play the same to play coop

Describe the solution you'd like

having the ability in gameplay to set a seperate scroll speed for coop like you can already do with skins
also have the ability when chosing a level for both players to pick there difficulty (this would also be nice to be added in multiplayer too as an option maybe)

im not sure of any alternatives :(
