Note are missaligned when using different beat snap values on the same line

Describe the bug

Placing notes on the same lines but using a differnt beat snap value result in a missalignment of notes

This could be related to #4060

To Reproduce

1. Go in the editor
2. Select 1/4 (or 1/2 or 1/8 or 1/16) beat snap, then place a note
3. Change the beat snap to 1/3 (or 1/6 or 1/12), and place a note on the same line as the first one (you can also place it on the same column, which shouldn't be possible in theory)

Expected behavior

All note should be aligned if placed on the same line while using different beat snaps. This also cause an issue where you can place multiple note at the same position
