Update the generic author image for Labs blog #639

The current generic author image could be improved. Some considerations:

Replace the white background because it blends with the overall background and makes it look small.
Make the design bolder in general because the thin lines look too delicate in such a small avatar.

I'd suggest having a couple of "generic" avatars for these cases I assume this will also be needed on the consulting side, right @bskinn
