In the schema file QIFLibrary\PrimitivesPMI.xsd there is a duplicate enumeration. Line numbers 1061 and 1065 both have values of "SECRET". I deleted the 2nd one in my copy.

This duplication was inherited from QIF2.1. It needs to be fixed in the next version of QIF. Thanks, ratboydad, whoever you are.
