采集的代理有一些是不可用的 #176

很奇怪，采集的代理很多不能连接google.com，是不是验证的方法有问题？
我已经把setting.py中的验证网址修改为google了：
TEST_URL = env.str('TEST_URL', 'http://www.google.com')
