[Poc] Add user progress

[PupoSDC]

• All Features developed so far for CF are, and will remain, free and Open source.
• All features will remain Open source.
• Some new features will be behind a pay wall.

User progress is the first "premium" feature to be developed. The technical concept is to have a provider for user data, available only after sign up and authentication. This database will store user progress in the application (questions seen, test results, etc...) and be used to provide a more traditional QB experience.

Objectives:

• Set up new provider for users
• Set up authentication (Github for now)
• integrate with question progress
• hook up to tests, without messing the current test generator.
