Do you support private channels?

Thank you for sharing this knowledge and work with everyone.
I created a similar teams deployment app for my coworkers. When we start a project for a customer, we create a team for the customer and channels for the project itself. One channel for collaborate with the customer and one private channel for internal collab.
Creating the internal channel and then saving files (standard set of documents) will fail sometimes because the SharePoint deployment is a background proces somewhere in the servers of MS.

Did you encounter this issue, and more important did you find a workaround?
