Deployment guide out of date & unclear steps

Steps 4-9 should logically be sub tasks (bullet points) to heading 3 and not their own numbered steps at the same level as 3.

3. Import the localization files to the Localization table
4. Browse to the solution
5. Browse to the Localization table
6. Select the Data tab
7. Select Get Data --> Get data from Excel
8. Select Upload
9. Select one of the localization Excel files - you can upload as many languages as you want - either repeat the processs or use the consolidated file all-languages.

Steps 6 & 7 do not match the current UI. There is no longer a Data tab. Steps should probably be:
6. Select 'Import Data' from the menu bar
7. Select 'Import data from Excel'

14-27 don't need to be numbered either & should be sub-points to 13.

Then suddenly we're in to security settings which are configured in a separate interface, so these steps should be a completely separate page, not included in the import page.
