Describe the bug
On an Synchronizing IxianDLT, when you call /isolate, it's disconnect all server's and instantly begin to reconnect to other servers.

I don't know if this happens only Synchronizing DLT's or on running, too.

To Reproduce
On an Synchronizing IxianDLT call http://dlturl:8081/isolate
Then call http://dlturl:8081/servers
You see that the DLT's begins to Connect to other DLT's

Expected behavior
/isolate should like Documentation (https://docs.ixian.io/api_docs/core_isolate.html):
Stops all network operations and disconnects all clients and servers.

Normal it should stop all Network Operations

**Platform information **

  • Device: Server
  • OS: Docker Container
