Create a automated functional end to end test which will verify that MONAI deploy has been deployed successfully.

OneTimeSetup

Hit healthcheck endpoints (MIG, MWM, MTM, Argo, Mongo, Minio, Rabbit)
Delete any workflows by AET

Before Test

Creation of a bucket in Minio (monaideploy)
Creation of a Workflow in Mongo
Create of an Argo workflow
Creation of AET in MIG

Act

Send a DICOM slice to MIG

Assert

WorflowInstance created
Argo Task ran successfully
