data export plugins are difficult to develop
To develop data export plugins you need the InformaticsGateway project include in the VS solution**

Solution
Publishing a Nuget package for Monai.Deploy.InformaticsGateway.Api would provide developers with a nice solution.

needs to include
Monai.Deploy.InformaticsGateway.Configuration.dll
Monai.Deploy.InformaticsGateway.Api.dll
Monai.Deploy.InformaticsGateway.Database.Api.dll
