Set OpenDialogByPrefix=1 (Win10), Ctrl+O, then press and hold Alt+Up until Desktop is displayed. Then enter some file's name and press Enter - nothing will happen. If you then try to navigate to a subdirectory on Desktop (which would be only possible using the mouse), you will get an error message.
