No login when starting the app without internet connection #213

When logged in and tyring to open the app without an internet connection, the user is automatically redirected to an empty login splash screen.

A re-login is however not required and will fail anyway. There only needs to be an internet connection.

Instead of a redirect to the splash screen, a pop up asking for an internet connection (see #212) would be better.
