Click and Drag the entire gamut around without moving the handles

As an artist, I want to be able to set the handles, but once the handles are set then I want to be able to drag around the entire gamut. I am asking for a "select all" or "translate" feature. Maybe it's launched from a tool button on the PP main window somewhere. Maybe the button is called "Select". Once it is pushed, then I can click and drag the entire gamut at once.
