Rotate the Gamut

As an artist, I want to be able to set the handles, but once the handles are set then I want to be able to rotate the entire gamut around the center wherever it is. I am asking for a "rotate" tool. Maybe it's launched from a tool button on the PP main window somewhere. Maybe the button is called "Rotate". Once it is pushed, then I then click a handle (any handle) on the gamut and moving it causes the gamut to rotate. But the center point stays put.
