Prerequisites

  • Write a descriptive title.
  • Make sure you are able to repro it on the latest released version
  • Search the existing issues.

Steps to reproduce

Am trying to install azure module using below command and facing multiple errors on diff submodules. whereas individual submodules are installing correctly.

Install-module -name az

Raising a case here as per the direction provided in this issue - Azure/azure-powershell#17144

Expected behavior

Powershell Az module should be installed

Actual behavior

Erroring out for various reasons. Refer screenshots.

@sagarkalangi Can you try 'Install-Module -Name Az -AllowClobber -SkipPublisherCheck -Force` and see if that works?

@sagarkalangi Can you try upgrading to the 2.2.5 version of PowerShellGet? Can you try this cmdlet to update
Install-Module -Name PowerShellGet -RequiredVersion 2.2.5 -Force

and if you have issues with the above then can you follow the instructions in this blog post
