The swearing-in/spoken oath taking of the Wehrbeauftragte Hellmuth Heye is falsely attributed to the speech of the Bundestagspräsident Eugen Gerstenmaier. Consider the following line:

Ich überreiche Ihnen hier den Text des Grundgesetzes und darf Sie bitten, die Eidesformel zu sprechen. Heye, Wehrbeauftragter des Bundestages:
