I have the same issue. My latest episode is on my website but isn't appearing anywhere else (Audible, Amazon, iHeart, Podchaser, etc).

In the Admin section I found in the "Change Podcast Details" section that "Lock Podcast Feed" was marked as "Unlocked". I changed it to "Off" and my show updated fine.
