Description
Breaker, RadioPublic, Podcast Addict and Castro, and many other apps have enabled payment links to integrate with various crowdfunding sites and payment processors. It would be beneficial to be able to enable this on a feed-wide level and/or on each episode.

Motivation
The following tag should be included with each episode

<a rel="payment" href="(your preferred payment link, or similar)">Support this podcast</a>

Related Podcast namespace tags are planned for version 4.0
