Server 500 error on FTP Auto Indexing #704

I have a podcast, currently with 90 episodes, running PG 3.2.7.

When I use the "FTP Auto Index" feature I receive a 500 error yet the podcast episode is indexed, added, and able to be verified by "view all episodes" after the error.

Any idea what's going on? Is there a fix for this issue?

Server information:

Apache Version | 2.4.54
PHP Version | 8.1.11
Architecture | x86_64
Operating System | Linux
Perl Version | 5.16.3

Do you have any PHP or server error logs you could share?

Oddly last week the error didn't happen. Got to love an intermittent issue, right? I'll capture a log next time it does happen.
