We need to improve documentation on how to use Pkcs11Interop on non-windows systems:

  • Add DllImportResolver to GETTING_STARTED sample
  • Move CI testing from Ubuntu 20.04 to 22.04 and modify Pkcs11Interop.Tests accordingly

This is follow-up for #208
