The installer is based on NeoForge 20.4.231's installer, with Quilt Loader 0.24.0.
You can find it here.

Without ShearAPI, we still can't load any NeoForge mods. However, publishing this installable version is very helpful to test Fabric/Quilt mod compatibility.

Currently 1.20.4 is the only supported version. The installer is based on NeoForge 20.4.231 installer. You can build an installer based on newer NeoForge versions using pillow-install-meta, but it's not meaningful unless FML updates, because we don't use NeoForge itself but Fancy Mod Loader.
目前 1.20.4 是唯一支持的版本。此安装器基于 NeoForge 20.4.231 安装器。你可以利用 pillow-install-meta 构建基于更新 NeoForge 的安装器，但是这在没有更新 FML 的情况下没有意义，因为我们只使用 Fancy Mod Loader，而不使用 NeoForge 本身。
