Closes #285.

To do

Add conda config file so users can install datalad, git-annex, and git (and maybe the BIDS validator?).
Figure out how to add CuBIDS to conda-forge.

Changes proposed:

Remove container parameters to all command-line interfaces and functions.
Remove additional unused parameters.
