Issue Description

I found a "Dark Shard" and used it. When I tried to click on it's portrait (apparently its supposed to summon a katana) it did nothing. I tried on and off clicking it for about 10 minutes. At the end of the game I talked to one of the mentors for help and he told me I should make a Github post about it. We tried moving it, setting it as keybinding, and nothing we tried worked.

What did you expect to happen?

I expected to have a katana.

What happened instead?

Nothing.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

I think if it's in the game it should either be fixed or removed.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

Find Dark Shard. Run tests on it. At the time I had the crazy magical staff in my hand you get for killing one of the bosses in mining area. Maybe try equipping that too? I also had it on my back and no cigar.

When did the problem start happening?

As soon as I got the Dark Shard

Tried it on a local server and it works fine.

It's supposed to turn into an arm implant on use. If you had Rod of Asclepius, maybe it implanted into an arm that bound to the rod? So it couldn't deploy (the rod already occupied that arm)?
In the future, you can adjust the shard with a screwdriver to change into which arm it implants.
