[FEATURE] Script rating

Allow users to rate a script

• Manual confirmation of ratings
• Allow rating of stars, but also comments
• Add support for Structured Data
  • Rating and review text
  • Price of the script
• Add not-working button within the review (must require description of not-working part)
  • After three reports of not working, add notification bar for other users
• Reviews should be per update, whereas the rating is overal. This means review text should only be visible for the current version, but the rating (stars) is over the entire script.
  • Still add the ability to navigate through old comments
