由于电视的CEC支持不完善，无法联动关机，使用了第三方的遥控器同时学习电视和apple tv的遥控器，由于学习apple tv的按键，暂停和播放是分开学习的，学习成了两个按键，这样就无法按play/pause刷新页面，能否光标在最上面的顶部菜单时，按上方向键刷新页面

建议优先使用Apple TV的遥控器，目前暂时不会对刷新操作进行修改
