tvOS16中选择推荐视频闪退 #146

前两天升级了tvos 16 db1，今天在从视频 http://t.cn/A6XBFMft 的详情页面中访问推荐视频 http://t.cn/A6XBFMff 时会发生闪退，不知道是否是个例

目前已测试，其他视频中的推荐视频也有这个视频时，也会在点击之后闪退，从手机上播放后在miaoproject播放历史中选择打开播放都没问题

已确定问题，不只是这个视频的问题，其他视频也有可能出现

不过不能确定是不是系统问题，所以 tvOS 16 的 Bug 只会在最终版本统一修复
