请更换你的cudnn为v8.0.2版本或以上（而不是官方文档中推荐的cudnn v7.6）因为官网下载的7.6版本cudnn bin文件夹中缺少cudnn_ops_infer64_8.dll（我不知道到是什么原因），自然无法成功加载。
