Explain your issue

You can't pass the very first section of the game because when you look up to the flashlight the game won't recognize it.
Disabling the cheat will fix it but the picture will look very wrong on a modern display because of the aspect radio.

You can pass the section if you disable the hack , pass that section and save and then continue with the hack on again.
Don't know if it will affect the rest of the game because i just started it.

I already passed the problematic part of the game by disabling the hack and reenabling it later like I said.
But I would try that later on and report back.
