Upgrading User Fields and User Profile System.

  1. Add user_firstname, user_lastname, user_addname to users table. Introduce display_username $settings with 2 options: 1 - Display username. 2 - Display realname, and require realname in registration $settings.
  2. Add primary number phone number for better expansion for user fields module.
  3. Add user bio for better profile page ui/ux for social elements development.
