Additional resources for raw data links

As a user, I want to have links to raw data where available.

Resources to add for raw data:

Acceptance criteria

• working raw data links in the Molecular data section of the Model details page

@zperova GEO links were added a while ago. dbGAP hasn't. I'll move this to the current sprint.

@zperova @Mandloi2309 is phs[A-Za-z0-9\.]+ enough to capture all dbGAP ids? Are there other IDs that belong to that resource and have a different structure/pattern (like not starting with phs, for instance)?

@mauroz77 dbGAP uses

• phs# for Study Accession Number: Example: phs000001.
• pht# for Dataset Accession Number: Example: pht000001.
• phv# for Submission Accession Number: Example: phv000001.

We have been linking to studies so far and not to the datasets or individual samples... so i think we can keep the same here and just use phs#
