Description

As a developer, I want to have access to the most recent templates for model submission.

https://www.cancermodels.org/submit

Acceptance criteria

templates updated to have all fields and descriptions provided
enable download of most up-to-date templates from Submit page

consider an automatic way of updating templates on the website
