Description

As a user, I want to see which models are related to help guide my choice of the relevant model.

The relationship between models need to be captured at the level of template - these can come from the same tumour sample - PDX and PDOs created at the same time or also a PDO can come from PDX. Or a new PDX model can arise from an existing model due to acquired treatment resistance.

already have use cases - organoids from Alana relate to already submitted PDXs

Acceptance criteria

  • db change implemented
  • [ ]templates updated
  • front-end change implemented
  • [ ]deployed in prod
